Dr. Suhail Sharif is a board certified, fellowship trained surgeon specializing in the field of surgical oncology. He specializes in surgical management of advanced colorectal, hepaticobiliary, pancreatic, melanoma/sarcoma, breast and GI tract malignancies. Dr. Sharif believes that comprehensive patient care with a personal touch is instrumental to his success. He is trained in DaVinci Robotic Surgery and is an expert in Minimally Invasive surgical management of cancers. Dr. Sharif completed his medical degree at New York Medical College in Vallhalla, New York. He then attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine and Metropolitan Group Hospitals in Chicago, Illinois, for his internship and residency in General Surgery followed by Surgical Oncology Fellowship training at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Dr. Sharif has offices in Fort Worth and Arlington, Texas. Dr. Sharif was chosen as a “Super Doctor Rising Star” by “Texas Monthly Magazine” in 2014, 2015. He is a member of the Tarrant County Medical Society, Fort Worth Surgical Society, American Medical Association, Southwestern Surgical Congress, Society of Surgical Oncology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, Society of Surgery of Alimentary Tract, American Gastroenterological Association, American College of Surgeons and the American Hepato-Pancreatico-Biliary Association.
